At the large roundabout at the exit to the Dublin airport take the first exit left off the roundabout.
This leads towards Swords.
You'll pass the Coachman's Inn on your right and come to a roundabout.
Turn left at the roundabout.
Continue on this road until you come to another roundabout (your driving with Dublin airport and runways on your left).
At this roundabout turn right (second exit off the roundabout).
Follow this road to the very end – it's about 2 1/2 miles but seems longer because it's a country road. You'll pass Knocksedan Demesne housing estate on your right.
At the end there is a T Junction (Swords-Ashbourne Road) – turn left.
Continue on this road for approx 1 1/2 miles.
Kettles Country House Hotel is located on your left.

Heading north come through the toll plaza.
Continue past the Navan/Blanchardstown exit.
Take the Finglas/Ashbourne exit and head for Ashbourne.
Take first exit for Coldwinters and at the end turn right for Ashbourne.
At second traffic lights (Kilshane Cross – you'll see a timber yard on the corner) turn right.
At first roundabout (you'll see the airport runway in front/right of you) turn left.
At next roundabout turn left.
Follow this road to the very end – it's about 2 1/2 miles but seems longer because it's a country road. You'll pass Knocksedan Demesne housing estate on your right.
At the end there is a T Junction (Swords-Ashbourne Road) – turn left.
Continue on this road for approx 1 1/2 miles.
Kettles Country House Hotel is located on your left.

Coming from Dublin take the exit to Swords/Dublin Airport.
At the large roundabout at the entrance to the Dublin airport turn right – 3rd exit off the roundabout.
This leads towards Swords.
You'll pass the Coachman's Inn on your right and come to a roundabout.
Turn left at the roundabout.
Continue on this road until you come to another roundabout (your driving with Dublin airport and runways on your left).
At this roundabout turn right (second exit off the roundabout).
Follow this road to the very end – it's about 21/2 miles but seems longer because it's a country road. You'll pass Knocksedan Demesne housing estate on your right.
At the end there is a T Junction (Swords-Ashbourne Road) – turn left.
Continue on this road for approx 1 1/2 miles we are located on your left.

From Ashbourne head north for Dublin on the main Dublin – Derry Road.
Just outside the town on the Dublin side turn left onto the R125 for Swords.
Follow the signs for Swords.
After about 4 miles you will pass Rolestown National School on your left and Kettles Country House Hotel is about a mile further on your right.
